I have already submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about Charter. On our statement we currently pay a $39.99/month for internet service. But I guess you don’t care. You are in a customer related business. I was told they would be out on the 16th to fix it for ME! CSR Jay tried being helpful but we kept doing our rendition of “Who’s On First.” As I moved into a non Spectrum service area, I no longer have an account nor a phone number tied to it. But will call me back in 20 minutes that never happened. Not one person could tell me why. The day I received the new card I went into my account to update the credit card. When he left, we loss all phone lines at our business. The tragedy I speak of was a fire that destroyed most of our belongings but thankfully everyone made it out of the house safely. And to top it off, I have to take a whole lot of terrible stations that I never watch, just to get the few I do want. In the time I have been a customer, they have rewired everything so many times, my yard cannot grow grass as much as it has been dug up by them. Then today I get another letter – now two billing statements are due. I said no as I do not want my channels changed, I was told no we are just swapping out equipment…. I would dump them but I don’t want to change our business email.We didn’t find mention of many brands from Charter Communications headquarters, but we did notice Charter Triple Plan and Charter Spectrum.You have no idea what tf u r talking about.After being treated horrendously by TWC we switched to Directtv. They sent it to a collection agency instead. We told you people we had to keep that phone number as my wife is an entertainer and has business cards numbering in the hundreds if not thousands. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE… way of doing business.
