The heart-oriented folks say that if our hearts are strangely warmed by God, that will develop Christian maturity. Some organizations need to move quickly to improve the bottom line. Once a one-off event in response to an urgent need—a dire competitive threat, sagging performance, an overdue process overhaul, or a post-merger integration—transformation is now the new normal.
