I've plugged in the unifying received (can't even start to get bluetooth to work) and the mouse is clearly connected.
I do get those options on my Laptop, but when I try the On/Off button on my mouse, nothing happens like you said or like in the videos i saw, but the mouse has already being detected in my laptop's Logitech Options. There seems to be a bug in some installs where it doesn't work, although why is not obvious and it's not too easy to see which version you are installing.
There you should see "Logi Options Daemon" on the right side. Same thing with my K830 keyboard Apologies for not providing a prompt response. After reconnecting my Logitech craft keyboard and MX Master 2S they do not appear in the Logitech Options.
Allow us to assist you with your Logitech Options Software concern.Hello, I have the same problem, actually I just bought a M720 to be added to my K380 and now with the OSX update the K380 isn't recognised by Logitech Options and I fear the mouse wouldn't be recognised too.
Options says that there are no devices, in spite of that fact, that i'm typing this message with K380 paired to mac. Latest Logi Options, downloaded today (v 8.20.233) on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5 - K380 not detected. I can't see what the default options are set to on the mouse (it doesn't say anywhere obvious) and of course can't change them. This worked for me after trying dozens of different things. Logitech please respond to our problem please! If you have further inquiry, please do not hesitate to reach back to us or contact our support team for direct assistance.Note: JumpStart will email you to arrange a time for the phone callI have the same problem. Is there plans to update the app? I tried everything, it works perfectly in my laptop which has a bluetooth, i have a unifying receiver that came with mouse and i use it on the PC and it works fine, but it doesnt get showed up on my PC. Now when i connect the Logitech Unify Receiver, it shows in the driver menu, and secondly when i click add devices it just says no Unifying Receiver found on my desktop and says to plug in the receiver, hence i don't get options like advance pairing options and all that. I hope Logitech fixes this annoying bug, as this workaround shouldn't be necessary, and never used to be.I'd be more than happy to help you with your MX Master Wireless Mouse.Have you tried it on another computer?Note: JumpStart will email you to arrange a time for the phone callThen you can restart your computer and then you can install Logitech Options (if not installed) and follow the steps Leighton4612 said:Please enter only one serial number.
